Weekly kettlebell/dumbell plan?

I’m just beginning and not sure which exercises to include in my routine each day. I’ve been losing weight through diet and a lot of walking/hiking, but now I have a dumbbell set and a kettlebell that I’d like to use.

Do you have any suggestions on how I should incorporate them into my workouts?

The exercises I’m talking about include swing squats (sorry, I can’t remember the exact name), planks with a kettlebell moving from side to side, and around-the-world movements. YouTube is a great place to look up these exercises (and once again, I’m sorry for not recalling their names!).
