Is it feasible to enlarge ankles?

You guys were so helpful when I inquired a few days ago how to make my calves bigger like a girl, and I’m following your advise. However, I began to question whether there was a possibility for me to enlarge my ankles. I hope you’re having a wonderful day and thank you in advance.

Ankle? Do you mean the bone? Do you want it to be wider? More extended? By bigger, what do you mean? Tendons make up the majority of it.

To increase your ankle strength and dexterity, practice one-leg workouts. Your ankle, foot, leg, etc. will all be much improved by one-leg exercises like pistols and one-leg RDLs.

Thirteen weeks after I broke it, my ankle is still rather swollen and bigger than the other one. Regretfully, my calf muscle shrank significantly.

The same is true for the wrists, which are made of bone and tendons rather than muscle. They will grow larger as you gain weight, but that’s your only choice.

Not at all; by strengthening the surrounding muscles and connective tissue, you can enlarge your wrists significantly. Ankles are the same, but it takes five more

Technically, no, because calves’ aesthetics are like biceps, their length is entirely dependent on genetics. So you probably have short calve muscles. The only thing you could do is either gain weight, which can sometimes build some fat on your ankles (which again is dependent on your genetics), or build tendons and ligaments strength. Making larger tendons and ligaments is veeeery very long and difficult, much more than building muscles. So unless you want to dedicate a couple years to do only that, you should probably try to focus on something else. I’m pretty sure you look good as you are, having complexes on such small details on your body is probably the issue you should work on. We all have different genetics, giving us
