As the title suggests, I’m searching for a non-video guided dynamic stretching program—something similar to Aaptiv but focused on stretching. My home routine includes kettlebells, pull-ups, push-ups, and walking. I’m not a runner and don’t plan to be, but I want to prevent strains and pulls.
I’m open to purchasing a few MP3s, so it doesn’t have to be free, just guided. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
