Challenge or program that I can do at home?

I’m looking for a fitness challenge or program that I can do at home. I tend to lose interest after about 4 weeks, so I’d prefer something that’s around that length or shorter. Any recommendations?

I recommend trying loop resistance bands. They offer a different and more creative way to train, which helps prevent boredom. Plus, they’re affordable, allow for faster workouts, and don’t require much space at home. I struggled to stay consistent with weights, but I’ve been training regularly with bands for two years now, even with some weeks off. I use Weller PowerBands and their app.

If you use Samsung Health, Google Health, or similar apps, you’ll find a variety of home fitness routines available, both with and without equipment. When COVID first started, I used Samsung Health to find routines that suited my needs. I think these apps also offer challenges you can participate in.

I should definitely try this out!

Jasper McDermott’s FLEX program on YouTube is fantastic. It’s definitely pushing me in new ways!

I used Papayya.com, and it really helped me stay on track. It was great because they switch up the routines every 3 or 4 weeks, which keeps things more exciting, in my opinion. You should give it a try!
