Thanks for this info…I’m going to try this app.
Build the habit at home. Focus on form and technique, and then hit the gym.
I work out every day at home (30 min workouts), and I highly recommend the Peloton app.
You will get results depending on how much work you put into it. It’s not the duration.
During COVID, I would do my workout at home if I couldn’t make it to the track that had the pull-up bar. Just need a pair of 10-20 lb dumbbells and the desire to slay yourself. If you have any interest in the workout, my DM is open; I’d be happy to share it.
I think they’re pretty useful; it depends on how much effort you put into working out (like not only the duration of the workout but how intense it is).
There are apps where you can get guided home workouts with minimal to no equipment (like the Nike training app, for example); maybe you should try it? Only takes a few minutes per day.
I got very fit working out at home. Started going to the gym because of the better equipment though.
I love working out at home. I have a Peloton that I use 5-6 days per week, plus dumbbells that I use in conjunction with Caroline Garvin on YouTube.
