Not sure what type of workout you’re looking for specifically, but I highly recommend doing sandbag training. Just search for ‘sandbag training’ on YouTube. This is the sandbag I use.
My first one lasted 12 years. I’m on my second one now. Started around 50 years of age and I’m now 61 and still workout with 50 lbs. There are plenty of companies out there that make these bags. Just telling you what I used. It’s a very sturdy bag.
Kaleigh Cohen cycling (if you have a spin bike). She also has a strength channel - Kaleigh Cohen Strength. She’s great - new workouts multiple times per week. She does a live strength and a live cycle every Saturday. After the live cycle, she answers questions from the live chat. I highly recommend!
