I wanna find an at home workout vid I can do regularly. Ik there’s lots on YouTube and I’ve done some before, but I’m just curious if anyone can recommend a specific one. Or even a specific channel. Thx!
If you are interested in weight lifting, I can recommend Caroline Girvan.

I second Caroline Girvan, also check out Jasper MacDermot’s programs, he is really good!

I was about to say Caroline Girvan, and she has some really good quick workouts so there’s no excuse when you’re short on time.
Yoga with Adriene is really good. Some of the yoga sessions are really tough, some are more relaxed.

Agree, also Yoga with Tim, a little more advanced.
Fitness Blender… they have some pretty crazy intense but fun workouts.

Came to say Fitness Blender too. Their free resources are great, and the paid subscription is brilliant. Their programs always give results when I do them. I’ve been using them for 7 years. I had a brief 6 months with a gym membership but actually went back to Fitness Blender.
@Delaney
I used to burn crazy calories… like those HIIT cardio routines. Man I miss Florida, I miss Fitness Blender, I wish I did better things.

Yes to Fitness Blender! And they don’t add music so you can listen to your own!
I personally have a few that work for me and are great for mixing it up:
-
Sydney Cummings is just amazing as she gives instructions on proper form during the workout. She also has a ton of videos ranging from kickboxing to HIIT.
-
Heather Robertson does not talk during the workout but has prompts that allow you to play your own music if you want; her diversity and beginning of the year 12-week programs are usually challenging and diverse.
-
I second Yoga with Adriene. She has an energetic and calm persona that seems to work for me.
Move with Nicole - her pilates classes kick my ass every morning.

Are pilates a good way of keeping fit and exercising? I need to get into a good routine. Work is so intense rushing around; I’m so tired by the end of it I seize up when I get home and sit down.

Thx!
Fit with Vlad CD taught me a bunch and kept me lean and strong during the pandemic and beyond Fit with Vlad.

Ty!
Believe it or not, Billy Blanks is still doing Tae Bo and it’s pretty good. I second a few of the others mentioned as well. Fitness Blender, Adrienne, and Grow with Jo.
The Fitness Marshall is fun!
Heather Robertson does free 12-week workout programs that are 30-45 minutes. They are mostly HIIT or strength training videos. For something ‘lighter’ that is more fun, I like Grow with Jo. She offers dance party, kickboxing, and step workout videos to fun music.
I follow Chris Heria’s channel during the pandemic. Still follow it today. I started with workouts to replace treadmills, then focus on building different muscles throughout my body. Chris Heria.
