Any at home workout vids from YouTube you can personally recommend?

Caroline Girvan if you’re a ‘no pain, no gain’ kind of a person that exercises for the adrenaline rush.

Yoga by Adrienne if you want to feel serene and relaxed afterwards.

Grow with Jo - indoor walking exercises. I like 'em because they’re challenging but easily doable on a daily basis.

If you have a kettlebell, clubbell, or mace, then Mark Wildman videos are an amazing resource.

I second this.

I love this channel. It’s focused on flexibility and balance. Very functional stuff.

Jake Dupree is awesome - great workout and hilarious personality!

Johnny Grube has some great workout ideas in 5-10 minutes.

I like Penny Barnshaw for Tabata.

CDorner fitness has strength, cardio, and mobility.

It depends on your comfort level, but I usually recommend Justin Agustin’s videos. His workouts are made to be performed at home and without the need for equipment. There are tons of beginner videos for anyone to be able to do, but he also has more advanced ones. I started during the pandemic and haven’t gone back to a gym ever since.

I like Action_Figure_Fit. He tailors the workouts to make you feel like you’re going to become just like other anime characters. He also tells you why he chose every single exercise while explaining proper form.

I really like his Hunter x Hunter Gon workout. The local park even has a giant tire for me to flip, but I’m hoping to get one for myself this summer.

Edit: Oooh, but I forgot about his Mob Psycho workout that originally got me into his channel. I did this one the most!

I find myself switching between Madfit, Pamela Reif, and Lilly Sabri. They have helped me not fall off the wagon.

I’m a fan of Get Fit with Rick.

YT - Yoga with Adriene.

SeniorShape with Lauren is outstanding! I use it several times a week and her levels are perfect for anyone getting back to exercise (even 20-year-olds are avid fans!). Improved Health for Seniors by Jules is also extremely good and targeted to an audience getting back into exercise. Both have a wide variety of strength, pilates, cardio, kickboxing, resistance bands, etc. And for weight training, nothing is better than Cheryl Coulombe out of Toronto. Everything you need to start weight training at home with dumbbells and kettlebells.

Sandra Zayadi is fairly new but I am really enjoying her style of workouts!

Need to do something myself, thanks for posting.

If you like yoga/pilates:

  • The Girl with the Pilates Mat
