Lately, I’ve been feeling some soreness in my shoulder blades and traps, and I’m curious if anyone might know what could be causing it.
Over the past three weeks, I’ve been concentrating on upper body strength with dumbbell exercises and recently bought a pair of Ativafit adjustable dumbbells to make my home workouts more effective.
I’ve recently upped the weight for my bent-over rows to 16 pounds. Could this weight increase be the reason for the soreness, or could it be something else? I would appreciate any advice or suggestions!
