That sounds good, thanks. Do you have any specific recommendations?

Absolutely! Try exercises like Push-ups, Squats, Lunges, Dips (on a sturdy chair), Plank, Mountain Climbers, Jumping Jacks, Leg Raises, Glute Bridges. Perform each for 30-60 seconds and do about 3-4 sets.
Don’t forget to warm up and stretch too. BullyJuice’s workouts on YouTube could be really helpful for you.
@Beryl
Thanks so much! I felt really stuck, and you just gave me some hope.

You’re welcome! Remember, staying consistent and dedicated is key to reaching your goals. Just take it day by day, and don’t be disheartened if results take time. Your health and well-being matter, and you’ve already taken a great step by seeking help. Keep pushing!
@Beryl

Search Google for “bodyweight WODs” (WOD = workout of the day). Here’s a solid list. You can find options for “dumbbell WODs” or any other equipment you have as well.
Bodyweight squats, push-ups, and inclined rows/pull-ups.
Good luck!
You might try going into a forest to find logs or rocks for pull-ups or as weights if you’re interested in that.
I made weights using bottles filled with dirt; there are tutorials for that on YouTube.
Check out Iron Wolf on YouTube. He has tons of burpee routines that can really get you in shape if you stick with them.
10-pound dumbbells can work well for arm exercises. Try shadow boxing with them and do high-rep curls. Rotate your wrists while doing curls to keep things varied. I also do running, push-ups, crunches, planks, and rucking (wearing a weighted backpack) for legs and cardio. Mix and match, and remember to keep it consistent. Cardio is essential!

Thanks a lot for the info! Sadly, I don’t have any parks nearby, but this will help for now.
If you can’t find a way to do pull-ups, consider shutting a door and putting your hands beneath it to pull yourself.
Try push-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees, and pull-ups if you find a good spot.
You can locate numerous good programs online focused on bodyweight training.
If I missed it in the comments, forgive me, but have you thought about practicing handstands? There are lots of exercises on YouTube for that. It strengthens your core, arms, and upper body, and it’s a rewarding skill to learn.
Check out Ido Portal on YouTube for lots of inspiration on floor exercises.
With dedication and discipline, you can build strength using just bodyweight training. It will also help shape your physique.
You can do floor pull-ups and bodyweight rows if you use two chairs and a broomstick. If you can go outside someday, you might spot a tree to do real pull-ups or other bars at parks. Swings at playgrounds are great for thick grip pull-ups too, and you can even do towel pull-ups by carrying a towel with you.
Also, you can try door pull-ups at home by wedging a couple of books under the door.
YouTube is full of helpful resources, and working out at home builds a mindset that will keep you strong no matter what.
Keep focusing on education and improving yourself. Good things will come!
Did your parents stop you from checking out the subreddit as well?
Back bridges, pike push-ups, push-ups, and bicep curls using whatever you can find. Planks, squats, and a lot of bridge variations. Stand against a wall, do tabletop yoga poses, downward dog, wrist prep for handstands, and handstands themselves can do wonders; plenty of exercises to keep you busy.
You can do pull-ups, push-ups, and squats. All you need is a bar.
You can do many exercises except for pull-ups. For that, you’ll need a strong tree branch, monkey bars at a park, or even try building gymnastic rings.
When I was 15, I made gymnastic rings from jumping ropes and PVC pipes, and they held up well enough for me to do pull-ups and rows with them. They might not have lasted forever, but they worked for long enough for my needs.
