Hello everyone. I’ve been working out for about three months, but I’m still relatively new to at-home fitness. I had been experiencing depression, and exercising helped me get out of a difficult psychological state. However, I broke my scapula this morning. I might spend six to eight weeks resting. Does anyone know of any routines I may continue to follow to maintain momentum?
Leg day is still possible without using your hands for lifting. Cycling, elliptical, and treadmill
I’m grateful…i. appreciatei.
I disagree with leg days on machines at the beginning of your recuperation after having a severely fractured wrist in late 2019 and again in 2021. If you feel good about it, it’s a different story after four to six weeks.
Although every person is unique, you must stabilize the area and manage edema following a break. Swelling will slow down your rate of recovery.
Initially, concentrate on reading and determining your next routine. Learn more about form. Learn more about diet and make changes there.
Next, begin with gentle walking or balance yoga before moving on to LISS cardio. If your ailment is completely unaffected by each step, switch to an inclined treadmill, leg equipment, abs, or whatever you choose. If it bothers you,
I appreciate your reply. You’re absolutely correct to wait a few weeks, in my opinion. After being on a roll, it can be hard to admit that you are hurt. As you advised, I believe it’s time to get out some books and give it a few weeks.
