I’ve been experiencing some tennis elbow symptoms recently. I’ve been lifting weights for a while, and I also have a growing toddler to lift and push in a stroller. I believe the awkward movements with the toddler and pushing the pram are likely the main causes. It’s a bit challenging to rest it, but I’ve paused my weightlifting for now. Can anyone suggest exercises or treatments that could help speed up my recovery?

How to alleviate elbow pain while lifting.
I’m experiencing this right now. Initially, I thought it was due to doing pull-ups, but I eventually realized that it’s because I tend to lock my elbow in an awkward position while I sleep. I purchased a tennis elbow sleep brace, which has been very helpful. Hopefully, I’ll be fully recovered in a few more weeks.
