Incorporating exercise into my daily routine

I’m a 37-year-old woman and have noticed some weight gain recently. I’m determined to get in shape and maintain my healthy BMI. While my diet hasn’t changed, I’ve been less physically active than before. My previous jobs as a bartender and event manager involved a lot of walking and lifting, so I never felt the need to work out.

Now, I realize I need to incorporate exercise into my routine. I’m looking for ways to integrate physical activity into my daily life. What are some daily activities that can help me get into shape? For example, taking the stairs more often, biking instead of driving, or dancing around the living room? Any tips on how daily activities can contribute to a healthier body?

I agree with you. If I don’t swim regularly, my weight tends to increase. However, once I resume swimming, it starts to decrease again.
