I recently began working out at home and am curious if doing this routine four times a week would be sufficient to build a well-defined physique:
Push-ups, 2 sets
Squats, 3 sets
Pull-ups, 2 sets
Inverted rows, 3 sets
Dips, 3 sets
Lateral raises, 3 sets
Bulgarian split squats, 2 sets
Leg raises, 2 sets
Long lever plank, 3 sets
Wrist curls, 2 sets
If I find myself doing too many reps, I increase the weight.

Yes, but this is just one factor. It also depends on how you manage your reps, sets, nutrition, and other variables.

Let’s emphasize the nutrition aspect by underlining, bolding, and highlighting it.

Remember that your “physique” is largely shaped by your diet. You could follow this routine daily, but if you’re consuming more calories than you burn, you won’t see changes in the mirror, though you’ll still get stronger!
