Here are some CrossFit-style workouts you can do at home

I live in an apartment with a nice gym, but I’m limited in what I can do since it only has dumbbells and weighted balls, with no other free weights. I’m looking to buy a resource for “Home CrossFit Workouts” so I can have a list ready and not have to come up with something new every day. I previously tried using a phone app, but most of the exercises it suggested required equipment my gym doesn’t have. Do you have any recommendations for a book, website, or other resources? Thanks!

Try searching for “dumbbell circuit workout” and see what comes up. Good luck!

Sydney Cummings posts daily workouts, and she has a wide range of videos, both with and without equipment. In each video, she offers modifications for the exercises she demonstrates. I’ve been following her workouts for almost a year, and I love them. She’s also incredibly motivational. She has a lot of boot camp-style workouts, too.

Growing Ananas offers a variety of free CrossFit videos on YouTube, which you can check out here:

You might want to start with those.

Give the Nike Training Club app a try. It offers some solid workouts, and you can filter them based on the equipment you have.

Check out Janis Saffell Fit on Facebook. She offers free on-demand workout videos that you can stream online, using equipment like a chair, booty bands, gliders, weights, or whatever you have at home.
