Exercise assistance

Hello everyone! I’m Victor, and I’m twenty-four. I haven’t seen any good outcomes from working out, so I’ve been sporadic for the last seven or eight years. It’s been approximately eight months since I last worked out, and I really want to start up again, but I feel like I’ve done everything with little to no success. Along with only wanting to work out at home (I have a bench, resistance bands, and weights at home), I would much rather have an app or a good diet and exercise plan (even though I know I shouldn’t say I’ve done everything). When did you last work out for more than two weeks straight without taking a break? Maintaining consistency is crucial; I needed to bulk and be consistent for around six months before I noticed any changes.

Any app that pushes you to use gradual overload is essential, in my opinion. Repeating the same workout over and over again won’t help you get real results; instead, you should gradually increase your effort each time.
