I’m thrilled to have found this forum. Thanks to this group, I’ve started exercising and have been using bands and the Weller app for the past week. I already feel much better. My routine includes 15 minutes of boxing cardio followed by upper-body, lower-body, arms, and shoulders workouts from the Weller app, totaling about an hour of exercise each day!
