Anyone have a great at home workout routine that has really made a difference

Sometimes, I just can’t make it to the gym. What at-home workouts have helped you in your fitness journey

Check out Caroline Given on YouTube! I did her Iron series a few times and really loved it. I gained noticeable muscle. Now I’m doing her Epic III Program and loving it as well.

Yes, Caroline is fantastic! I’ve built a lot of muscle and improved my fitness since working out with her. Right now, I’m on Day 22 of Epic III.

@Zara
I just completed Day 17 today! :slight_smile:

@Tan
I can’t recommend her workouts enough. I’ve done Epic Heat and Epic Endgame. I recently subscribed to her app so I can listen to music during her workouts and support her since she creates amazing content for free on YouTube. It’s much cheaper than hiring a personal trainer :slight_smile:

@Hadley
Same! I’m loving the app. I canceled my gym membership recently and I’ve made way more progress with CGX than I did with the gym!

Absolutely! Her workouts deliver great results.

Not exactly an at-home workout, but my walking pad has changed my life.

I bought a budget exercise bike during a Black Friday sale. I love using it at a comfortable pace while watching TV or scrolling through Reddit.

I got mine from Facebook Marketplace for $130. I highly recommend getting one second-hand. Mine is a Umay, but most are the same. I’ve found that getting steps in while watching TV or scrolling on my phone has been the most effective exercise for me.

I agree with this.

I really enjoy Juice and Toya’s workouts! They aren’t too long, and their bodyweight strength exercises helped me go from doing one pushup to at least seven—ten on a good day. I haven’t noticed many physical changes yet since I’m still fairly new to it, but I feel a lot stronger.

@Flynn
I really like one of their arm workouts that include isometric holds. It’s great stuff.

I never finish a ‘30-minute workout’ on YouTube, but Move with Nicole’s intermediate workouts destroy me ten minutes in. :joy:

True, I didn’t stick with them long enough to notice body changes, but it’s definitely a workout!

Yes! I can feel it working right away, and I enjoy that soreness. I haven’t been at it for long but already feel more flexible and stronger.

What are you looking to achieve with your workouts? Just movement, or strength training?

If it’s just movement, I enjoy dancing around my room! I turn on some music and jam for about half an hour. I sometimes even do this twice a day if I haven’t done anything else! There are dance workouts online, or you can follow along with old Just Dance routines. This has really helped me kick off my mornings with some movement and improve my mood, making better choices throughout the day.
