I’m looking for a fitness challenge or program that I can do at home. I tend to get bored after about 4 weeks, so preferably not much longer than that. Any recommendations?
I would suggest loop resistance bands; it’s a different way to train, more creative so you don’t get bored, more affordable, faster workouts, and doesn’t require much home space. With weights, I could never be consistent, but with bands, it’s been 2 years I’ve been training consistently with some weeks off. I use Weller PowerBands and their app.

If you have Samsung Health, Google Health app, or many other health apps, they have a bunch of home fitness routines that you can choose from. With or without equipment. When COVID first hit, I used Samsung Health, which you can use to find routines for whatever you desire. I believe they also have challenges you can join.

I’ll have to give this a try!
Jasper McDermott’s FLEX program on YouTube is amazing. It’s definitely challenging me in new ways!
I used Papayya.com and they kept me on track. It was pretty cool, and they change the routines for you every 3 or 4 weeks. Makes things more exciting IMO. You could try it out.
I challenge thee! All time through it is a split body gainer 12-week plan by Fitify app, repeated.
If you’re after more, which maybe you are if you get bored after four weeks, some YouTubers I like who have programs/challenges of different lengths are: Caroline Girvan, Madfit, GrowingAnanas. I’m not a naturally athletic person, but I find Madfit good when I want a decent workout but not too much pushing, and the other two are very challenging even when I’m in good shape!
If you use MadBarz, I think you can challenge other people that use the app.
