Advice on beginner gains and increasing overload would be greatly appreciated

I started exercising regularly every day from home with kettlebells and light dumbbells, and I’m 26F.

My problem is that, although I would like to utilize the novice advantages, I would prefer to work out at home rather than in a gym. But I don’t have a lot of weights at home. However, because my weights are changeable, I can gradually increase the weights.

If I squat, hip thrust, and other exercises until I’m exhausted with less weight than I would in the gym, am I missing out on significant beginner gains?

Three days with longer workouts is reasonable, in my opinion, since daily is too much and not sustainable over the long run. Exercise is a journey, not a race. Avoid touching the same muscle for two consecutive days.
