A lot of equipment, but I have no idea what I'm doing

My mother and I have accumulated a lot of workout equipment over the years, and this is what we currently have.

I’ve been focused on studying for exams these past few months, so I haven’t spent much time working out.

I have a fairly broad build with somewhat large arms, and I want to add some muscle to them.

If anyone is willing to provide some basic guidance or point me in the right direction, I’d greatly appreciate it. I’m also open to offering some payment if someone is really dedicated and wants to help me more in-depth.

I’d keep the treadmill for cardio and VO2 max training and either buy or keep loop resistance bands (I can’t tell if they’re in the photo). I’d sell everything else. Train your full body three times a week, taking every set to muscle failure for the muscles you want to grow. Do two sets per isolation exercise per workout with slow reps lasting 6 seconds. If you don’t train to failure, double the number of sets, and if you don’t perform slow reps, double them again.

Felix, send me a message with more details about your goals, and I can create a personalized routine that utilizes all of this equipment.
