370 is my new max and I am 18, weighing 210 natural. Planning for 405 by January if I gain maybe 10 more pounds

I’m just some random guy and I can’t comment on form checks in this forum. All I can say is be careful on your way to 405 lol. You’re already a beast. Don’t hurt yourself :slight_smile:

Adding weight might not help that much. Train hard, eat well, don’t forget your cardio like running or walking once in a while. Take your time, don’t rush. You’re already an impressive lifter at your age and natural. You bench more than many people in their 30s. You’re already lifting what I think a strong firefighter would do.
