But I want to ask you, how did you reach this level? Did you just keep increasing the number of reps every day? Did you used to go to failure or just do what you thought was enough?

I’m doing the 100 push-ups every day as fast as possible for about 1.5 months now; I think that got me kinda used to high reps. Also, every once in a while, I go for 10 push-ups every minute until failure, where I got to 300-400 (30-40min) last time I believe.

In the first sentence, the 100 push-ups that you had been doing every day for 1.5 months… Was it consecutively, or did you have a fixed amount of sets and reps? Or were you just getting 100 any way possible in the least number of sets?

Just trying to get there with the least number of sets. At first, I think I did a set of 20 and then 8 sets of 10, then I did the second set with 15 and after that only 10. Right now, I do the first 2 sets with 20, the third one with 15 and after that 10/15 depending on how I feel in the moment. Yesterday I got my fastest time so far with 2:44min.
