I had a C-section 10 months ago. What are the best exercises I can do at home to tone my stomach?
Any core-strengthening workout will be helpful. I’d recommend searching YouTube for some postnatal core workouts you can do at home to get started. Good luck!
Loop resistance bands are excellent for both rehabilitation and workouts. I use the Weller Powerband along with the app that comes with it.
