Which is better for gaining muscle: resistance bands or TRX?

For a month, my gym will not be open. For now, I’ll have to be imaginative. I have one resistance band and a pull-up bar. I’m not sure if TRX will target muscles and help them maintain or grow while I’m not in the gym, but it seems like a really unique product. I intend to buy a complete set of resistance bands to fasten to the door. I can’t really feel the exact muscle being worked when I do workouts with it, though; for example, it feels like it’s targeting my shoulders rather than my chest. Is this merely a form? Guys, tell me which I should get. Making a decision is challenging.

Because the strength curve with bands differs from that with free weights, the exercise will feel different. You should have a decent, well-rounded workout at your disposal because you will be using your TRX bands, so that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It might be your form, but it’s likely that you just need to become used to the activity. You can target the desired muscle by altering the angle of resistance with a door anchor. To get the best of both worlds, I’ve even seen folks combine bands with bodyweight exercises or free weights. As long as the bands are of good quality and, ideally, come with a lifetime warranty, I wouldn’t be overly fixated on the brand. I wish you luck.

That’s the issue, with bands you don’t want to become use to the activity.

I absolutely adore my TRX; all I need to do is concentrate on gradual motions and muscular contraction. There are less expensive models that are equally as good, such as the P3 suspension trainer kit, and since bands are also reasonably priced, why not purchase both?
