What app do you use for home workouts

Hi everyone, what app do you all use for home workouts? Also, do you find it hard to keep changing up the difficulty as time goes on?

I tried one app called Home Workouts, but even the Advanced level became too easy for me after just a few weeks.

That’s the one I use - it seems perfect for the recommended routine since it has one already set up. Plus, you can create your own workouts, so if you wanted to, you could mix things up.

Sounds great but I can’t find it on the App Store. Is it called Progressive workouts?

It’s Android only.

I also use it and love it, but I wish I could add my own exercises to it.

Someone shared this website www.darebee.com and it’s full of helpful exercises for any skill level and type.
I appreciate all the likes and the award. This is my first award on the forum and it feels amazing. Thank you to the internet stranger who introduced me to this amazing workout site and also helped me earn an award.

It’s been shared here before, but many people don’t seem to like it. It focuses more on endurance rather than strength training, and the routines don’t really progress. But I used it for BWF before I found the RR, and it has some great workouts, especially for HIIT.

@Frankie
I’m gonna pretend I got that.

BWF means Bodyweight fitness, RR means Recommended Routine.

Well, this is the first time I landed on this forum through Google search and didn’t see the forum’s name. Just noticed this and their recommended routine in the wiki. Thanks, though!

This was my first reaction when someone shared this site a while ago. It’s very helpful and full of resources.

@Galen
I’ve been using Darebee for about 6 years and love it.

6 years is pretty consistent, I’m not consistent with my workouts yet, but the site is seriously awesome.

I mix it up with random workouts from Pinterest or magazines. The way workouts are set up on the website is great for an overall body workout or for specific groups. You can adjust it for low-impact workouts too if you have injuries or joint pain.

@Toryn
Can I ask how you decide to mix your workouts? As a beginner, I’m worried I might hurt myself, and I can’t afford a gym or personal trainer to make a program for me.

Maybe start with the beginner routine and don’t forget to include skill days and mobility drills.
