How about adding more squats and deadlifts? It seems like your routine focuses mostly on upper body training.

For something gentle on the body, cycling is a great option, and it can be done in a group. If you’re looking for a game, soccer works well, but in the U.S., it’s often easier to find a basketball court than a soccer field, even an improvised one.

I use PowerBands, so that doesn’t really count…
