Has the Flybird FB149 adjustable bench been used by anyone? On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rank it? Would you suggest it?
It’s among the better options if you require a foldable, adjustable bench that you can stow when not in use. In that aspect, I’d rate it an 8 out of 9. Another similar decent one is PASYOU; I priced them both; FLYBIRD looked a little better, but PASYOU was less expensive on Black Friday. After eight months, I have no problems; everything has held up admirably. Considering the area I have available, I would do it again.
However, if you have a dedicated room, a stationary FID bench for the same price is still more substantial and sturdy (or heavier).
For a combined body+weight of 350–400, it should be OK. For heavier weights, you would want a more solid bench, but you would also want to get a squat/press rack as
