Should I include farmer's carries in my upper body or leg training sessions?

They’re a full-body exercise that targets both upper and lower body muscles. I’m not sure if I should incorporate them into my upper body or leg workouts.

Personally, I mainly feel them in my forearms. Because of that, I would include them on upper body days.

Upper body. You can use them as a warm-up or as a finisher at the end. Getting strong is tough!
