I’m 19 years old, weigh around 140 lbs, and I’m active with plenty of time and energy. I just need some guidance on how to work on my abs and strengthen my arms. I’m not looking for someone to babysit me, just trying to get started with a routine. Thank you!
To build your abs, you’ll need to focus on your diet as well, since they’ll be hidden under fat. I recommend starting with resistance bands for training, and I use the Weller Bands app for guidance.
