I’ve been on a journey of short cuts and bulks. Since around September, I have been in a bulk phase and plan to continue until at least March.
I’ve faced a lot of setbacks, but I feel pretty good about my mental state now. I’m currently at about a 400kcal surplus and training with a PPL split 5 days a week.

I’d love to know the cut process in terms of calorie deficit and how you managed to work out without going insane during it, haha.
