Looking for the best adjustable dumbbells for my home gym, what do you recommend?

I use the Bowflex that goes up to 52 1/2. They’re great for the price. No regrets at all.

Which Bowflex model? 552?

If money is no worry, I’d say Reppins are the way to go.

I’ve tried Bowflex 52/90 and Nuobells, but I ended up settling on Powerblocks, which I said I’d never do.

After trying different brands and reassessing my needs, I think the Woot specials are the best choice. They’ll last forever if you don’t drop them on concrete. They feel a bit weird at first but you get used to them quickly.

If budget wasn’t a problem, I’d choose the Reppins.

If you want a versatile and space-saving option for strength training, I highly recommend the PowerBlock Elite EXP! These adjustable dumbbells are super easy to use and let you change the weight quickly for your workouts. Plus, their compact design is great for home gyms where space might be tight. The PowerBlock Elite EXP is durable, adjusts smoothly, and offers a wide range of weight options. Definitely worth a look if you’re serious about your training!
