I'm wondering if this is a suitable number of burpees per day after committing to a 30-day burpee challenge with money

Burpee journal with daily entries: Commit Club The time periods divide sets.

1,720 burpees in total

Daily average for burpees: 57

Until I reached 100 daily burpees, I increased by 10 reps each day before lowering. For thirty days, I followed this up-down regimen.

Are burpees an effective way to tone and build muscle? Though I’m not positive, I believe my body became more taut. I’m curious about the general consensus of this activity.

Is 100 burpees a day reasonable for the typical fitness enthusiast?

Does this up-down approach have advantages over just stretching and burpees?

Depending on your weight. I currently weigh around 100 kg and am over 40. I would die if I had to do 100 burpees in a row, but I only do them two or three times a week.

I’m able to accomplish roughly thirty consecutive without dying. With a brief pause, perhaps another half hour. In my gym, there are people who can easily complete 100.

Although they are more of a cardio workout, they will help tone your muscles.

I am underweight and quite tall. As I noted in the notebook using periods, I was typically performing sets of ten reps, but occasionally I would switch things up and perform nine or fifteen.

I think sets of thirty burpees are insane. It is a goal to strive for.

I think sets of thirty burpees are insane.

We refer to it as crossfit.

Keep in mind that I typed “without dying” as well. It’s not simple at all, and the work is humid and hard. I have to take five-second rests in between burpees 15–20.

EDIT: After some introspection, I acknowledge that the intervals between Burpee 20 and 30 may lengthen by up to 15 seconds.

Have you made a financial commitment?

Indeed! I apologize for the delayed response.
