I’m fairly new to working out, I only have 2 dumbells and I want to grow my bicep. I wanted to ask wich exercises I should do to target the short head and the long head. I hope you can help, thanks
Doing curls every day will eventually help you see results. However, you’ll need to keep increasing the weight as you progress to continue growing your biceps. You can also incorporate bodyweight exercises like push-ups and pull-ups for variety.
