I have a barbell (1 inch), dumbbells, and a bench.
Instead of merely purchasing extra weights, I’m considering purchasing a used Bowflex to use in conjunction with my free weights for my entire body.
Does anyone utilize both to get the best results?
The idea is that a used bowflex is more affordable than extra weights. Although she wouldn’t use weights, my wife would also use a bowflex.
It can’t, for whatever reason. I believe that increasing loading and consistency are the two most important factors. There’s no reason why your body won’t grow as long as you’re training consistently and challenging your muscles.
