Home workout apps or subscriptions?

Do any of these actually work? For context, I’m in my mid-40s, run a few times a week, and eat well, so I’m fairly healthy. However, I’d like to get a bit more toned.

I don’t expect to look like the AI-generated models in the Calisthenics app ads on FB/IG, but the idea of a short daily plan to help tone up a bit is very appealing.

Are any of these apps or subscriptions effective?
