Hello everyone, I'm new here and I have a question about my workout

I am beginning to increase my exercise regimen, but I am unsure if I should stick to it. Today’s workout consisted of 50 sit-ups with a 45-pound water jug from home, about 25 push-ups (5 burpees), 10 squats, 12 crunches, a 30-second plank with weights on my back, and two kick-ups. I therefore intend to increase my exercise routine from the previous day, so tomorrow I will perform 100 sit-ups, 40 push-ups, 20 squats, 25 crunches, a minute plank, and three kick-ups. I would then complete 200 sit-ups on Friday, after which the other numbers would increase. I just wanted to see whether you guys think this is a good workout program or if you

Although I’m far from an expert, I believe that rather than doing a single, large round of exercise, I would try introducing sets into my regimen. I don’t see why you can’t try to raise the reps you’re increasing daily, but it could be a good idea to decrease them. The patience required to work out is, in my opinion, one of the most difficult aspects. It’s acceptable if you can’t always double your workout the next day. Try to push yourself in little increments and do as much as you can. You’re exercising correctly, but you just cannot skip stages to make improvement. Basically, your body adapts by becoming stronger.
