Yoooh…I’ve recently started doing 20-minute full-body workouts with dumbbells, six days a week. I’m loving the consistency and how manageable the sessions feel with my schedule.
I’ve been reading about creatine and how it can help with strength and muscle recovery, but I’m not sure if it’s suitable for the type of workouts I’m doing. Since my sessions are relatively short and not super intense, would creatine still be beneficial?
Also, if I decide to take it, how should I incorporate it into my routine? Are there any specific dosages or timing recommendations I should keep in mind?
I’d appreciate any advice or personal experiences you could share.
Yes, you can take it, but I would suggest using it to help you lift heavier weights for better hypertrophy gains. It might not be as beneficial for full-body dumbbell workouts, in my opinion.
I’m pretty sure you can take creatine regardless of your fitness routine and not have any negative effects. Some people find that it enhances their muscular energy and endurance. Though its main role is to increase power during lifts, it also seems to help with feeling more vitalized even at lower weights.
