Hi r/homefitness, I’m looking for exercises or workouts that incorporate 15 lb. dumbbells, along with some calisthenics. I’m hoping to find a routine I can follow daily and see noticeable improvement.
Sydney Cummings and Caroline Girvan are my favorite trainers on YouTube! I usually work with 15 lb. dumbbells because that’s what I have, and while I sometimes need to tweak the exercises to adjust the intensity (like using bands for tougher hip thrusts or single dumbbell bicep curls to make it easier), they generally work well for me. They’re very knowledgeable, so I’d recommend giving them a try based on your fitness level!
Edit: Keep in mind that some workouts might require more adjustments depending on your strength, which can be a bit of a hassle.
